Dan MacLachlan
Chief Financial Officer
Dan MacLachlan is Chief Financial Officer of JARI Research Corporation. He was named to this position in June 2005.
Prior to joining JARI, Mr. MacLachlan served as a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent in Miami, Florida. During his time with the FBI, Dan was responsible for investigating violations of more than 260 statutes and conducted sensitive national security investigations.
Before serving in the FBI, Mr. MacLachlan was Finance Director for Chiropractic & Nutrition Centers of Florida, Inc. based in Bonita Springs, Florida. His responsibilities included managing the development, implementation and maintenance of all business-related operating systems.
Dan graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Finance and Banking. He also earned his MBA with a specialization in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, Ft. Myers, Florida.
